Success is counted sweetest by those who ne’er succeed”
John D. Rockefeeler, US industrialist said that “If you want to succeed you should strike out on new paths rather than travel the worn paths of accepted success.” While Charles Forte, British hotelier shares his key of success by saying "I may be wealthier than most but I still believe that real success is simply being able to put in a good day's work...and then go to sleep knowing that you have not-and will not-cause anything wrong to happen to anyone else."

Well….everybody has his/her own definition of success. In this issue, TIn interviewed a humble man who is also the Chief of Teknokrat Education Foundation. This young and talented leader will share about "success" based on his perspective.

What is success?
Success is when you can achieve your dream.

What can inhibit us to become success?
Not 100% depend on intelligent, but it should balance among IQ (Intelligent Quotient), PQ (Personality Quotient), EQ(Emotional Quotient) and SQ (Spiritual Quotient). If you can explore more in your soft skill, you will reach your success easily.

Is competition as the only way to prove our success as student?
No, success student is not only by joining competition but there are many ways, such as by having a good grade, taking a part in organizations and etc. Remember, those things are inside campus. You should have positive activities outside campus such as for family and society. Smart in hard skill indicates your IQ while smart in soft skill indicates your EQ and SQ.

Can we still talk of success if, for example, we get it coz’ cheating, or trick?
Of course, not. Do not only get the knowledge but also do the knowledge. Not only learn to know but also learn to do.

What do you think about our students who have succeeded in some competitions?
I really proud of them. In the future, achievements should be improved. Please, keep your spirit high to achieve the best.

What is your success? Are you a success man?
Success is a process not a destiny. It is continuously happening in every year, month, week, and day. A lot of things to do to create our success every time.
